Terms & Conditions

Aqua Driving School and all associated parties implement the following terms and conditions when delivering driving lessons and services. By booking with us you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your first lesson or EDT course.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time.
• Full payment must be made before or at the time of your lesson unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Late cancellations may be charged in full at the instructor’s discretion.

Driving Lessons

• You must hold a valid learner permit or full driving licence for all lessons.
• You are responsible for bringing your learner permit to each lesson and to your driving test.
• Lessons may be terminated if the instructor believes you are not fit to drive (for example due to alcohol, drugs, or illness).

Vehicle & Test Hire

• Car hire for the driving test is subject to the instructor being satisfied that you are safe to drive independently and meet test standards.
• The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the car for test use if safety is a concern.

Liability

• Every effort is made to provide lessons on time, but Aqua Driving School accepts no liability for circumstances beyond our control (for example severe weather, breakdown, or illness).
• In such cases, lessons will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.
